Quite possibly this may be the fastest path from a list of image files to a full fledged slide show! Pixel Show does away with complicated setup steps and puts you back in control. Drag and drop image files from the desktop into the Pixel Show organizer and hit play. It's that easy.

Pixel Show 1.1 Beta adds several new levels of control including the capability to rotate and flip images nondestructively. That means your images aren't modified on disk in any way unless you save them after making changes.

Another new feature is the ability to view some of the meta-information that is often embedded with images recorded with a digital camera. This information is commonly referred to with the acronym "EXIF" and is an extension of the JPEG format.

With Pixel Show your images can be viewed individually or within a timed presentation. The transition time between slides is fully adjustable. You can also apply fade-in, fade-out and cross-fade transition effects.

Slide shows can be customized.

Creating a slide show couldn't be easier. You can add, remove, and manually sort image files using intuitive drag and drop operations. Just select multiple images files and drop them onto the application's icon or into the organizer window. You can even drag and drop an entire folder: Pixel Show will figure out which files are supported image formats and adds them to your show. Pixel Show also lets you customize where images are added to the image list. Your options include: at the beginning, at the end; or somewhere in between (a selected insertion point).

Your slide show will begin automatically as soon as you've added images or on your command. What happens is up to you since this behavior is also configurable. And you can configure Pixel Show to repeat (loop) your slide show indefinitely or just play it once.
