Intellectual property is an important subject at Mixtur: we want to protect our ideas and we want to avoid the legal issues involved with the adoption of ideas that did not originate within our walls.

Our unsolicited idea submission policy

Mixtur and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas. We cannot accept ideas for new products or improvements to existing products. Please do not send us any original creative work including: artwork, source code, suggestions, or any other works that are protected by copyright even if they are accompanied by disclaimers, waivers, or restrictions on use.

If, after reading this policy, you still send us your unsolicited ideas, then the Terms of Idea Submission detailed below shall apply regardless of any disclaimers, waivers, or restrictions that may accompany your submission.

Terms of idea submission

You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Mixtur, (2) you will not be compensated in any way for the transfer of your intellectual property to Mixtur, and (3) Mixtur can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way or give them or even sell them to others.
